Note: stays are for a minimum of 3 nights all year round, with the exception of the period from June 17 to September 15 and Easter Holidays where reservations must be made from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights).

About the Price:

The rental price includes current water and electricity charges.

A tourist tax will also be payable on your arrival, between 1.11, 1.30 and 1.86 €/Night and per person over 18 years old depending on the 1-2-3 stars/ears classification of the accommodation.

From October to May, if you want heating, a fixed contribution of 7 € / night will be requested in addition.

End-of-stay cleaning options (€60), Sheets Pack (€15/Bed) or Towels Pack (€15/Pers) are also available, allowing everyone to choose according to their budget.

The arrival time is fixed at 3 p.m. and 10 a.m. maximum for departure.

Cancellation Policy

- Any cancellation must be notified by email to the owner.

     - Cancellation at least 30 days before the stay : your deposit will be refunded 100%

Then, if you do not have cancellation insurance :
     - Cancellation between the 29th and 22nd day inclusive  : 70 % of the deposit withheld.
     - Cancellation between the 21th and 15nd day inclusive :  90 % of the deposit withheld.
     - Cancellation between the 14th et le  8th day inclusive :  100% of the deposit withheld.
     - Cancellation between the 7th day and the start of the stay : The full rental price is payable.

- If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, the latter becomes  void and the owner can dispose of his house.

- If the stay is shortened, no refund will be made.

- In parallel with your reservation, we advise you to take out travel/resort insurance. Please note that this must be taken on the same day as your reservation. We recommend Chapka Assurances which, for only 3.8% of the rental price and 5 minutes of registration, will cover you for the costs of cancellation or any damage caused, via this link https://www.chapkadirect.fr

Payment information

Our calendar system allows you to be autonomous in the reservation and the online payment of your house with your bank card. Upon payment of the deposit, the reservation is active. This service, operated by Stripe, is 100% secure. Of course, we do not have access to your bank details and even less to your credit card number.

Otherwise, feel free to Contact usindicating the accommodation that caught your attention as well as your dates. We will block the rental for a few days, the time to receive your means of payment.

The payment of the balance of your stay as well as 300 € deposit will be due upon your arrival.

The security deposit will be returned within a maximum of one month, less any damage.
